The unique model of a highly recognizable and still operational tank, PzKpfw VI Tiger number 131, was confiscated during World War II by the British and is now Bovington's biggest attraction at the Tank Museum.

The COBI block Tiger 131 has been reproduced with attention to detail in a 1:48 scale model. It features movable elements such as the turret and cannon, as well as rotating wheels and tracks. The advantage of the 350-piece set is a solid structure that faithfully reflects the original shapes of its historical inspiration. Our model tank has been covered with high-quality, wear-resistant prints. The Bovington Museum Tiger 131 completes our collection of model tanks made in 1:48 scale modeling. Creative Fun

The Panzerkampfwagen VI, or Tiger, was a German heavy tank of World War II. Its distinctive shape is still recognizable around the world. The vehicle itself has become legendary and is still present not only in historical materials but also in pop culture. The first Tigers were delivered to the front near Leningrad and to Tunis in August/September 1942. The Henschel-designed and manufactured tank was highly modern and efficient. Unfortunately, its production consumed enormous resources of valuable raw materials and time. The Tiger I and the few Tiger II tanks had a significant impact on the course of hostilities. The infamous and growing Tiger terror destroyed more than 10,300 Allied tanks and 11,380 guns with losses of only 1,725.
